Import Ready helps teams turn spreadsheet exports into clean, validated inventory data you can trust before it reaches your systems.
Whether you receive product catalogs from suppliers, stock counts from stores, or min/max replenishment files, Import Ready gives you a structured workflow to upload, validate, fix issues at scale, and import or export the corrected result.
What you can do

| Export or import | Download a corrected CSV (including Shopify format) or run the final import |
Typical workflow
- Sign in to your account.
- Create an import and upload your file.
- Match columns so each header maps to the right field.
- Open Import preview and resolve validation issues.
- Save changes when you are satisfied.
- Download a corrected file or Import now into your workflow.
Tip: Fix Errors first — they block importing. Warnings are recommendations you should review, but they may not block you depending on your process.
