Account & sign in

Import Ready requires an account so your imports, edits, and history stay private to your organization.

Create an account

1. From the home page, click Get started.
2. Enter your email and password (or use Google sign-in if enabled for your workspace).
3. Verify your email if prompted — some actions require a verified address before you can proceed.

Sign in

Use Sign in from the home page or app header. Your session stays active according to your organization's security settings.

Sign out

Use Sign out from the account menu in the app header. Signing out does not delete your imports — they remain available when you sign back in.

Your data

Every import you create belongs to your signed-in account. Other users cannot view or edit your imports unless your organization configures shared access separately.

Password recovery

If you forget your password:

1. Click Forgot password on the sign-in page.
2. Follow the link sent to your email.
3. Set a new password and sign in again.

Tip: Use a company email address so teammates can identify ownership of imports if you collaborate outside the app.
